If you have a dream about making money on line do not even think about those dinosaurs. They will use you and abuse you and in the end will spit you out like used condom. Their system is designed to support huge companies mostly from Hong Kong or China, and the system of feedback is a real scam. As a seller you have no rights, you are forced to compete in dog eat dog world and all those companies do not care about either you or buyer. Actually they are scamming all of us. The biggest lie is that they want to offer low price, when in reality they make much bigger profit of higher prices. They know that there is a large group of scammers pretending that they want to buy from you but in reality they work with big sellers and all they want is steal your product and give you bad feedback. If you want to be successful, build your own site and use APSense and similar.
